When you bloat during your period, do you bloat every part of the body like your stomach.. etc? (Btw i'm just using my friends account im not really " david h ")

i usually only get bloated in my stomach area

i am only speaking for myself, but i feel bloated primarily in my stomach/abdomen. the bloated feeling is water weight so areas that hold more water are most likely to feel more bloated
