although you didn't make it clear, i think the answer is thyroid hormone.

the thyroid gland is a site remote of the pituitary gland, and the secretion of the thyroid hormone is governed by TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) secreted by the pituitary gland. so if the pituitary gland is transplanted to the site remote (thyroid gland) there will be increase in the secretion of the thyroid hormone.

it would be better if you ask the question in a better way and correct this part: "to the site remote from the o hypothalamus..."
