Question about playing piano?

if i have the sheet music for a particular song, how should i play the rhythm and the vocal part since i don't have 3 hands its not really possible. would i leave out the bass cleft or what? i can't sing so i want to play the vocal part with my right hand

Just play what sounds right. I usually play the vocal and bass clef....but try vocal and treble...and play treble with your left hand.

Use the vocal part for right hand - it is the melody. The music should have the chord notation on top of melody lines. Your left hand should play the chord.

you can't play the vocal part since it was designed to be played on the piano. You should stick with the treble and bass clefts like normal.

the bass part is awesome but i would say leave it out. play the melody and vocals. but its doesnt hurt to experiment. try it several ways and see how it sounds.

Thats just it, though. You aren't supposed to play the vocal part. You're supposed to sing it. And play the bass and treble like normal. If you really want to play it, make up your own treble as the vocal, and play chords in harmony with the bass and inculde elements of the treble thats already there. (thats confusing but I can't explain it.)

I play too, and I hate certain music (I can't read it very well either) so I change it to suit what I want and what I can play. I make the Moonlight Sonata rock. ^.^
