  3. Why are you giving Preston a thumbs down?  He's right, the answer is b.

  4. 'c' is the only truly wrong answer.  Given special and general relativity, the case can be made that 'a' and 'd' are also true, since 'overhead' and 'fixed' are relative concepts you can exploit heuristically.

    The correct answer is b, though.
