  1. I kept worrying about the same thing for weeks while waiting on my ultrasound. My mind was put at ease when we found that everything is going great. Hopefully you will find the same thing. But it is def. a good idea to voice your concerns about it to your doctor, request an early ultrasound. You do have symptoms of ectopic, but then, so did I. Turns out I really had just strained a ligament picking up my son to fast one day. Good Luck and I hope congrats are in order!

  2. that may be an etopic pregnancy because of the pain in the shoulders and the menstural like cramping...hmm. the doctors may not detect it this early[but tell them of this situation] but if you start bleeding go to the ER immediately! good luck hun

  3. Although ectopics do happen they are rare. I am 10 weeks pregnant. I was worried about having an ectopic pregnancy too. I was having right side pain, shoulder pain, nausea and like you I didn't feel pregnant at all. No bleeding but I had spotting and cramps. Mine was not an ectopic pregnancy. I had a cyst on my right ovary causing the pain. The first thing I would suggest is to stop looking all your symptoms up on line :) That is what I had to do. Everything I looked up, all my symptoms pointed to an ectopic pregnancy. It was just scaring me and making me miserable for no reason. I think every woman worries about miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies at first. Especially if they are having aches and pains out of the "ordinary". But I wouldn't worry. Congratulations and best wishes!!!!!
