  1. fat

  2. Make your own.  Slice thinly, Spray with Pam on a baking sheet and add your own seasoning, bake.  A lot better for you.

  3. I LOVE chips!!! I wish I knew of some secret brand that wouldn't send me to my grave too early. I don't like sweets but LOVE chips and salsa. They are so salty and I have high blood pressure....BUMMER!!!

  4. No potato chips are good for you. I don't care how many calories there are.

  5. if they make you smile then they are good for you =)

  6. No

  7. look at the nutrition facts and compare it to other chips

  8. I agree with shannon

  9. doubtfully.

  10. Depends, usally the diet ones have aspartame in it ( check in the labels) and that is really bad for your health.

In other hand, usually normal ones have glutamate, thats bad too.

So maybe you go for the normal ones because they problably just have aspartame.

but i would go for home made ones.

because aspartame and glutamate increases your apetite.

  11. most potato chips are obviously made from potatoes which are loaded with the bad carbs which turn to sugar which is fattening

then.... are fried in oil which is really fattening and high in cholesterol.

a healthier alternative i enjoy instead of my altime favorite chip Lay's, I have turned to sunchips. they are multi grain and baked, not fried..... the garden salsa chips are awesome.
