can a middle aged woman that has diabetes type 2 have a baby? What are the risks?

Can a vasectomy be reversed as well in a middle aged man?

and my freind who had diabetes went on to have a baby i think there are more risks involed in it so she would have to be monitered closely.

Yes you can and the risks are high.  Talk with your Dr. so that you can know what you are getting into. You can still have a happy, healthy baby though.
