ok, so I'm buying a Pandora's battery because my other ofw regular psp battery short circuited. will i need another regular battery so i can install the cfw? and also, do i need a magic memory stick to run the pandoras battery and install cfw?

you need a pandoras battery and a magic mem stick to install the custom firmware(cfw). you can not use a pandoras battery to work as a regular psp battery because of the way it boots up. you need to buy another regular battery to just use the psp regularly after you've installed the cfw. there is a way to convert a pandoras battery back to a regular batt but i dont know much about it because i havent tried it. i find it way more handy to have a pandoras battery right there in case you brick your psp. as for the magic mem stick part just follow the instructions on the vid. it's really thorough and all you need to make it is a mem stick bigger than 32mb
