mixed together...yes! cuz milk is very light and lemon is sweet and sour and together ewwwww

If you drink them seperately then it probably won't.  But lemon juice by it self tastes sour.

Well, since the milk curdles when you mix in the lemon I would say that if you have a weak stomach you may not feel all the great but it does definitely depend on the person.  And I am only speaking of actually drinking a glass of milk mixed with lemon juice because you can substitute milk with lemon for buttermilk and recipes and I do it often and never get ill.
