  1. Randy has taken part in promoting "Affliction banned" it is named that because the UFC owner Dana White has banned any affliction gear/clothing from UFC.  So Randy with counterparts have come up with this really cool league that premiered on July 19th highlighting Fedor Emelianenko vs Tim Sylvia, ultimately Fedor is champ, still as he was in Pride. Randy wanted very much to fight Fedor Emelianenko but he wouldn't sign with UFC another reason why Randy started to just not give a c**p about UFC (among other reasons) You have not seen the last of him he is a legend, and a stand up kick *** guy.  I will also add i do not believe he will retire until he fights Fedor Emelianenko.

  2. I think it is 2 fights remaining, and Randy got pissed that the UFC did not offer Fedor any money to come.

Also, Randy has business ventures elsewhere, and the UFC started causing problems like not allowing people to wear his clothes line.

And would not allow Randy to attend other promotional events to represent his fighters Like IFL for one.

So, it has become a bigger issue then just one more fight.

Randy doesn't want to ever fight for the UFC again.

BUT Anderson Silva can do anything he wants.

  3. Randy probably only wants to fight once more before completely retiring and he wants to face the #1 in the world.  Unfortunately, the UFC did not sign Fedor and Randy cannot get out of his UFC contract (yet, at least).  Unless Zuffa comes to some sort of agreement with Randy, he probably will not fight again.

  4. We're not gonna see that guy again.  He's got enough money to where it's going to take a whole, whole lot more to ever see him fight again.  He's moved on and is doing something else with his life. He owns Xtreme Couture, and he' a business man now.  Rich guys don't have to fight.  It's a real shame too.  He's one of the few guys out there tough enough to really give both the light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions some serious, serious competition.  Everybody else his size fights strictly 205.

  5. he has two fights left. and personally I think that he wants to fight the best, Fedor. Win, lose or draw He can say at the very best and gave it his all and the end of a good career. He believes the UFC to be a monopoly and thinks that its stubborn ways about not letting people have one fight contracts or fight in other organizations is not right. he believes Anderson Silva would lose a boxing match to Roy Jones Jr. but he should have the right to compete for that kind of money. At 45 years of age any damage he may have taken fighting Big Nog  and his next opponent would have taken a long time to heal. He Feels a that he has earned the right to fight Fedor, as do I. Why fight Noguierra at his age when he has a shot at the best. The UFC has kind or shot themselves in the foot. If They would have let Randy fight Fedor he may have returned to the UFC to fulfill his contract or he may have retired, but now the UFC has shown their true colors. They are bullies. I am a UFC die hard fan but am starting to lose respect for them.

The problem that I see now is having unified belts. You can not have a unified belt between cage and ring organizations. there are to many differences.

  6. hes angry at ufc i think and if im correct he has 3 fights left . . .

  7. What is the deal with Randy?  He isn't all that everyone seems to think.  Chuck beat him two times in the light heavy weight division.  He lost 5 times in his last 11 fights.  That is hardly the best of the best.  He retired.  He wanted to come out of retirement.  He got a new contract with a signing bonus.  People forget this.  I think it is disrespectful to do what he has done to the UFC.  I am not fan of Dana White, but still I think he was ungreatful.  You do know he still had fights on his contract when he retired the first time??

The good news is Fedor is basically a free agent.  If the UFC wanted this fight, they could get it.

Personally I hope we see Randy against Fedor so Fedor can eat his lunch for him.

  8. He is holding out for Fedor last I heard.
