why is russia called the "land ot the soviet civilization"?

its was the soviet union they called them selves communists thats is USSR

It was once the Soviet Union, the first communist government. Soviets were councils of working class that helped run cities.

From 1922 to 1991, Russia (and many other nearby countries like Armenia) was known as the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) or the Soviet Union. It was the 1st and largest communist government in the world.

Soviet was also a worker's council and in English, the word Soviet means advice and council.
