Question about satellite tv installation?

We are thinking about getting satellite tv but we are wondering about how it is installed. I know they will have to put a whole in the outside wall but how do they run it to the TVs? Do they run the wires through the wall or can they put them along the walls at the floor? Also one of the rooms does not have a phone jack so do you have to have one (if you do we can always get a wireless one I guess) ?

I am also wondering if you have to have a credit card to order Dish Network or if you can just get a monthly bill through the mail and pay by check.

If they have to run all the lines through the walls how do they do this?

they just connect the wire to the satellite box and then to dthe tv, they do rune wires through the wall because it they did it through the floor someone on the outside might cut ur wire and no u dont need a phone jack to get satellite. They send u a bill in the mail and u can pay by check.
