Question about saxophones?

i want to learn how to play the saxophone but i heard there are different types. please listen to this link briefly to tell what type of saxophone this is. its the one i want to play http://youtube.com/watch?v=bjjJkk386jg. also whats a good deal on it. in case i dont like it i dont want to waste too much money. where is a cheap place to buy it. greatly appreaciated.

  2. Sounds like a baritone saxophone, but honestly, that isn't a starter saxophone.

    the easiest to play is an alto, which most starters start on, like i did.

    then is tenor sax, then bari sax.

    tenor & bari take more air, so if you have asthma, i doubt you could play them, & they are a lot harder to get a sound out of.

    but it's whatever you want, really.

    i would recommend getting a selmer. they aren't too expensive, but you won't really get a sax new under $800. you could always look on ebay.
