Wal- Mart, Target, Office Max. Almost everywhere has school supplies on  sale in August, cause all the kids are going back to school.

if ur looking for cheap just shop around. like walmart has 10 cent notebooks and office max i believe has like 1 cent glue and stuff. but i find walmart really affordable. and buying the generic/not name brand stuff. like bic instead of papermate can save u a lot of money. also recycle whatever u can from previous years
