Question about sending mail to crew on Carnival Cruise?

I went to the entertainment site and it says:

when sending mail to crew you need to add their name,crew number,and department to an address below.

what is a Crew Number? and How do I find it?

  1. Go to carnival.com and find a number for contact us. They will help you with the information you need.


  2. I wouldn't worry too much about the crew number.  As long as you have their name, job title and department the mail will get to them.

    I've been on ships for years and never gave anyone my crew number, my boyfriend is currently on a Princess ship and he gets my mail without fail without a crew ID number.
