Question about shar pei dog?

I recently found a dog and need some opinions. Is this dog full blood shar pei or not?? I get mixed responses.

I would say that it is full shar pei.

It looks like a full shar pei. As this breed ages they lose their wrinkles

could you please look and see if it has a black tongue? I have a shar-pei and yes their wrinkles do basicly leave as they age but they also have black tongues.
