Well,its a long story,but Edge and Underatker had a ladder match at Unforgiven that the stakes were the World Heavyweight Championship was on the line,but if Undertaker lost,then the Undertaker woruld be fired from WWE.So Undertaker lost and Edge became word champion.Later on she was going to get married to Edge on an episode of Smackdown,when at the wedding a video appeared on the Titan-Tron that showed Edge cheating on Vickie with the wedding planner.Undertaker was the one that played the video,and of course Vickie was set a blaze.She promised to make Edge's life a living h**l,and she re-hired the Undertaker and put Edge in a match against Undertaker in a h**l in a Cell match,which Undertaker one of course.So that leads up to Vickie apologizing to the Undertaker for firing him,but as you found out Undertaker didnt accept any apologizes.
