will calls from delhi to noida (landline to landline) be considered std or local?

  2. lol it wud b local bcoz both r in ncr area.

  3. local if you prefix the number with 95 120.  if u dial 0120 then it will be STD, but not too expensive.

    Because when we called on Mobile phone it  work on netwirk rays.

    thats why it's a Local call .

    But Landline Number is connected by wire from its Head office thats why its a STD call . and NODIA IN UTTARPARDESH.
