Question about subs, amps, etc?

Alright, I bought a dual 12" MTX Road Warrior with two tweeters (one on each side) off some dude on craigslist. It's already in the box and everything. My questions are:

My friend is sending me a 750watt amp. Will this be enough for my two subs? If not, does this mean it won't play at all? Also, believe it or not, this is going in a MINIVAN (my minivan is hood, srsly) and where would be the best place to put it? I was thinking about removing a seat and putting it in place of a seat for it to be bangin for real.

google the roadwarrior line of subs, i dont know nething about them. but the tweeters on the side will need power too, not much but dont forget about them!

The amp will work fine. I have a 600 watt amp on 2 ten kickers and recently I bought a different box. So much difference just because of the box...WOW! It will play no matter what amp you have. put it where ever it sounds best. sometimes the very back is best bc it can bounce off the glass.
