Question about switching Playtex nipples?

My daughter is 3 months old and I wanted to switch nipples from "0-3mths SLOW flow" to "3 mths+ MEDIUM flow". I sterilized all the new nipples and put them on the bottles. When I went to feed my daughter I noticed she was sucking and sucking and not drinking anything. When I went to test the nipple myself I realized the hole in the nipple is not in the center, but on the side of the nipple. I thought it was a mistake on 1 nipple but I tried each nipple and they are all made this way. Why??

Thats weird! I just gave my daughter the same playtex nipples until she didnt need a bottle any more. It helps build their facial muscles.

you got a bad batch. The hole is suppose to be in the middle. Take them back and get some more.
