so i wear tampons but i also have volleyball everyday.
i heard that during your period your not suppose to excersize a lot.
but your still suppose to stay active.
i have volleyball twice a day, 30 minute break in between. which is 4 hours of practice, is it really bad to do that much practice when on your period? if so, what do i do.
also, when i have just the first practice, right away i can feel the tampon like slipping down within the first hour, and we have no bathroom brakes until that 30 minutes, and its really uncomfortable. what do i do?
