Question about tear duct tubes?

Can they get infected? I just examined my eye because it hurts like h**l, I went to the clinic earlier and they said it might be chronic dry eyes...they didn't even examine me, they called the eye doctor who was away...

Anyways, I came home with the artificial tears and I thought it was helping but it feels like it's getting worse. That's when I decided to look at my eye and saw that the top part of my tear duct is getting swollen...

The clinics are closed, no emergency services unless it's a life or death situation. What can I do in the meantime? It fkn hurts! lol

if they have problem with the drainage than they can get infected .

where are u can u get any antibiotics drops than you can go ahead with that.

than you can go ahead for follow up visit tomorrow ]

or else you can continue with that artificial tears and review tm at the clinic
