why are testicles sometimes saggy and sometimes big and squishy

Ummm... shrinkage? When it's hot they drop. When it's cold they shrink. It's common sense.

Temperature?  Only thing I can think of that affect the s*****m.

When hot they will droop, since the body tries to keep the sperm-generating goodies at body temperature, and if its hot or in hot water, they'll be loose and away from the body trying to stay cool. When it's cold, they'll be drawn up close to keep them at body temperature..
