I was at the beach today and I thought to myself, "If the waves are crashing on this end, how are they crashing over in England?" if that makes sense. What I'm asking is, is there a point in the ocean where the water flowing towards America moves towards England?

  1. NO BUT WHAT IT IS IS THAT IT ALL GOES GOES TOWARD WHERE THE WIND IS BLOWIN..   THINK OF A GIANT POOL  AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE POOL THERE ARE VERY POWERFULL FANS FACING OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS  AND THERE BOTH BLOWING THE WATER TOWARDS WHERE THERE WIND IS BLOWING..

  2. depends on the wind currents... the wind currents in the atlantic are circular as it goes north to south...
