Question about the Blade Tailpipe Filter...?

I have been hearing a lot lately about this tailpipe adaptor that can reduce emissions and improve gas mileage by up to 35% (in a four cylinder.) It is called the "Blade."

Does anyone use this on your car right now?

Does it really do what it says?

Is it safe for the car?

what a rip off..don't you think if a simple device would improve milage 35 persent EVERY car would come with one from the factory...
