  2. your question belongs to history section

  3. Governments imply that there's a treaty that we must follow.

history shows, that many of these treatys have been broken.

Take World War 2 for example.

  4. Brother There Is Still So Much Hostility Between US & Cuba And What Will US Get If It Invades Cuba? Anyways You Have To Agree The Terms Of The Treaty

  5. Yes because if you have not notice russia is trying to reorganize...And Cuba is going to change after Castro dies... If he is not dead already...His brother will not be able to hold power for long after the cuban people find out he is dead...

  6. h**l no! that would not make any sense to me. i would like to live on the beach their and score cool chicks and slop down cuban beer, yeh, and smoke those cigars, too. maybe they will use the old "weapons of mass distruction" crappolla and take over. that would be cool.

obama wants to go to cuba, too. i like that about him.

  7. I don't think such a treaty would still be relevant, since one of the countries involved has changed governments, names, leaders, etc. However, let's hope we never invade Cuba.  Many Latin Americans have loved ones there.  I would hope that, instead of an invasion, we could soothe old feelings enough to have some sort of a relationship with Cuba, at least enough to allow its former residents to visit their families.

I remember the Cuban missile crisis.  John Kennedy was fiery angry and he was constantly on television explaining things.  Our military was sent to the coast of Florida. We were ready for war, but phone calls between Russia's leader and Kennedy evaded the crisis. It has been said they made some kind of a deal.  Probably so, but the crisis was over and it was handled well.
