Question about the Titan FIE .25 cal?

I've been looking for a gun. I know a little about what guns are good and stuff. Use to own quite a few but got rid of them all. Anyways, someone is selling me a Titan FIE .25 cal for $60, is that a good deal? I know they are cheap guns and everything and not highly rated but how good are they and what do you think about them?

My brother has one but can't get the safety to engage. anyone else have this problem?

i own one...and impressive,at close range..will get the job done however,even though not too collectable,the titan,and at the range at far distance ,not terrible for resposible home protection.
