Question about the Zelda series.....?

Ok. the only Zelda game I've played is Super Nintendo Zelda: Link to the Past. Its my favorite #1 game of all time.

I've never played the Zelda games on N64, Game Cube, or Wii. Are they just remakes of the original or are they different?

Which one is the best and why?

They are all different stories, but with similar gameplay.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is by far, the best Zelda game to date. In the Zelda series time line, this game happens before all the other Zelda games, playing as the Hero of Time, and Ganon is not yet a threat.

Majora's Mask: Again, you're playing the main character from Ocarina of time, but it takes place outside of Hyrule.

Twilight Princess: This game takes place 100 years after the events of Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask. This is a different character from Ocarina of Time.

Wind Waker: This takes place hundreds of years after Ocarina of Time & Twilight Princess. Hyrule is now lost, at the bottom of the great sea.

All the Zelda games are unique, and have things that make them special.

Ocinara of Time is consered the best LoZ game.

No, they are not remakes they're different games but they still have Link, Zelda, and a form of Ganon/Ganondorf.

And which one is the best you ask?

Many people have said that Ocarina of Time is the best and the best game of ALL TIME.

But it all depends on who you're asking. My first Zelda game I ever played was Oracle of Seasons for the Game Boy Color. It's a special game to me so that's my favorite. Some other people say that Link to the Past was the best game on the SNES so, the Zelda series is pretty prestigice.

But, Ocarina of Time has one the hearts of many and MANY people consisder it the best of the series and the best of all time.

Do I think so? Hard to say, I haven't played it enough to voice my opinion so. I don't know.

I personally love the Zelda series so try all of the Zelda games. I have never played a bad Zelda game.

i really loved the Twilight Princess.

I'm playing Phantom Hourglass for DS at the moment and it's really good too.

Ocarina of time for 64 is my favorite.

Don't know why but like most Zelda's it's hypnotic.
