Is it hard to get into this club on a friday night?

There are bouncers and if you are nice and friendly they'll let you in. They won't let in drunken or agressive people:

It can happen, but if you don't come with a large group and you're calm and patient, not (overly) drunk and not aggressive, you should be fine! Especially the ladies almost never have trouble getting in:-) Have fun, it's a great club!
