Question about the iPhone 3g...?

I have the old iPhone and have heard about problems with the 3g on the new phone due to a cheap chipset. Is it worth upgrading my old phone to the new one? Or should I wait for the 3rd gen iPhone?

I have the 3g iphone, and for the most part I am satisfied. But, if I had the 1st gen iphone, I dont think I will upgrade until they have fixed all the kinks and have 3g service everywhere. Also I might just wait for 3rd gen and by that time they might have fixed battery longevity and added more new features.

I think its worth downloading the new things to your old iPHONE..

if you dont mind everything getting deleted.

I downloaded the program into my iPHONE.. & ALL my contacts, songs and everything else i had saved deleted..

I think its better if you just get the 3G.
