Hi there, I really enjoyed this 1987 horror film starring the "two coreys"

I am hoping it's still available on DVD!? Does anyone know the name of group who performed the opening music in the credits? I heard there was a sequel but I was thinking it is probably "B movie" level entertainment. Thanks in advance :)

  1. "Lost In The Shadows (The Lost Boys)"

Written and Performed by Lou Gramm

Produced by Pat Moran and Lou Gramm

    Here's the soundtrack:

  2. The song performed during the opening credits is "People are Strange" by The Doors. I think the song played while they're zooming in on the boardwalk is "Cry Little Sister" by Gerard McMahnon.

Yes, there is a sequel, but it was a straight to DVD release, and I think the first movie is still available on DVD. Supposedly, Corey Feldman reprises his role.

  3. The version of "People Are Strange" that's on the soundtrack is by Echo & the Bunnymen, but it was produced by Ray Manzarek who was the keyboard player for The Doors, which is probably why it sounds so much like the original version.
