  1. depends on if he was going to kill someone or if it is for own protection.

  2. Your question lacks sufficient detail to be answered properly.

If a teenager with a broken leg comes at me with a Rambo style knife and does not get shot, he's having the luckiest day of his life.

If a teen with severe cerebral palsy has a plastic butter knife, it's a whole new situation.

  3. ... thats really sad..

just a few days ago near where i live the cops tazed a guy that had a broken back.... cause he wasnt getting up when they told him to..

  4. no only if he was trying to use  it on somebody. the cops usually know their customers

  5. Depends on if he was threatening the officer or not. If he was, he deserved what he got.

  6. Carrying a concealed weapon can lead to arrest.  Resisting arrest can lead to "use of force".  All police departments sent their officers through training to learn (a) the rules surrounding arrest and use of force" and (b) best ways to reduce violence in general.  Having said that -- we all know ideal situations can go terribly wrong went drugs are involved or tempers flair.  What you described shouldn't happen, but unfortunately this isn't a perfect world.
