Question about the "shot not"?

If someone say, a parent tells me to go to my room and i say shot not, is that legit? do i have to go to my room? and like if im about to get arrested and i say shot not does it get me off the hook and what would the cop say???? ahh im tickling your creative brain cells cmon now type me an answer that will make me wet..

at my house "shot not" would result in a back hand across the face and most cops i think would put you in jail == in either case it might scare the pea out of you!!!
