Question about the sidekick!?

Ok the new sidekick gekko and other sidekicks that i have seen it has a small silver dot.

What is it?!?!?

is it a webcam or something?!?!

Yeah, it sounds like you're talking about the light meter maybe, although you didn't mention where it is. That's for the automatic adjusting of the screen brightness for different light levels.

The camera lens is on the back of Sidekicks.

if its on the screen

then no

its an ambient sensor.

it dectect how much light is around you so it can auto adjust the screens brightness...

Where is the dot? You're not being very descriptive, it's hard to tell what you mean. It might be the trackball. If you're referring to the one above/below the screen, I don't actually know what that is. It might be the light sensor.
