So, I drive a ram 1500 quad cab and I know these won't fit under the seat so is it possible to put them on the seat?

And also, if I buy those that i linked, the amp and subs are all i need right if i already have normal speakers?

  1. Yea thats all u need unless you want a capacitor to help distribute the power and my friend has 2 12'' in his trunk that just sit in the back seat sounds great too.

  2. you get what you pay for when it comes to car audio so if you get 6 months out of them be happy and don't expect to set off any car alarms

you will also need the power wires (ground, power, remote, and a set of RCA cables), if you are using the factory radio you will need a "line output converter" to give your radio a set of RCA outputs to connect the amp to (here's one http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/I...

also if you dont cover them "it possible to put them on the seat?" someone will break in your ride to steal them
