Question about unemployment?

I've been granted unemployment after I went to appeal hearing. My last employer failed to show up to testify against me. I was reading through the papers and what got me off guard they sent a notice of the hearing to my employer but it came back to the unemployment office undeliverable. It also stated compensated week/s from 6/21/08.

Does that mean I get back pay from the time I had filed? I live in PA and I just want to be sure.

Yes,I am looking for a job if anyone is going to ask.

  1. yes you should.

  2. yes you should get your unemployment from the time you applied for all eligible weeks

  3. Sounds like you last employer has issues.  But what I understand of unemployment is yes you get back pay. As for undeliverable means nothing, they could have refused it. Good for you.
