Question about uploading pictures...kinda

Question

Okay so I'm trying to upload my pictures from my camera. I'm not new to it I know how to but today its different. It came up to the main menu with everything and I accidentally clicked on the wrong program and so I waited for it to load and then exited out of it and re-did the usb cord so the main menu would come back up again, but now instead of the main menu coming up that program did. I've re tried a bunch of times and the menu won't come up. How do I get the main menu to come up instead of that stupid program? Thanks in advance.

not sure, sounds like default for camera was changed to another photo editor or album viewer, if possible, run the main menu program and reset options back to camera defaults, or reinstall camera software as is, and restart computer,
