Question about ups shipping?

I know should just look on the site but i tried and for some reason i can only get quotes for 1-2 day shipping. Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost me to ship a package around 30 lbs. across several states using standard ground shipping? i know this is vague any rough estimate will do.

I know Alliance Air Freight (yes they do trucking too) has a minimum of $100 as long as it going from a major city to a major city. They have a website www.shipalliance.com
