Can you use paypal on a savings account?And how exactly is paypal used.

i've used paypal, its reliable, i don't know about a savings account though. its good to transfer money and stuff, like large amounts.

i believe you can but you would need you account number when setting up an account. you us it to pay at places like ebay. it works great. when you go to pay you just would click pay with paypal and it would have you login. hope that helps

No, you can NOT use a savings account. You must have a checking account or credit card. Go to www.paypal.com for a tutorial on how to use it.
