do you have to pay money to put your videos in vimeo? what is the limit of the size of the file for the video in vimeo?

No. Vimeo does not cost anything to post. With YouTube and MySpace, they have a 10 minute or 100 meg limit. Vimeo has no time limit, but there is a 500 meg per week space limitation. If you want 1 single file that is 500 meg, then Vimeo will take it.
