why is is that people say not to drink too much water, usually thats the only thing i drink, but i would like to know how can you lose the water wieght even if your are exercising like crazy

  1. TOO much water can cause water intoxication, but that is nearly impossible in a healthy adult.

    Drinking too much can cause your body to wash out essential nutrients with your urine. Some people still debate on this.

    If you are exercising like crazy, I doubt you have any water weight. An average person needs about 64 oz. of water a day. Someone exercising a lot more than an average person needs even more to replenish what is lost through perspiration.
