Question about webcams on Windows Live Messenger?

So can you have 3 webcams all hooked up and talking to each other? Or only two?

Like is there a way for one person to see 2 boxes and same for the other people? thanks!! :)

No, you can only have two people with web cam on at the same time. You can have as many people as you like in a conversation, just talking but you can only have two people chatting if web cam is on.
