Question:

Question about weight gains

I have been quite underweight (6 feet tall, 130 pounds) for a very long time now and I have all but made up my mind that food and exercise won't really solve the problem. If I was to speak to a doctor about going on a course of steroids or something similar, what should I know beforehand?

  1. Don't take steroid!! It's gonna damage your body so badly, and it has lots of side effects, too!

Just try to eat as much as possible. Like 4 to 5 meals a day and then keep doing exercises. And if you are the kind of person who will never gain weight by only eating, then you should consider to work out and gain muscle mass.

In order to gain muscle mass you need to do cardiovascular exercises every day, and do it at least for 20 to 30 minutes. And after it do work outs. Do work out every other day so that you can leave your body to take a rest and to recover.

As for the work out part you can try the following link to generate your work out routine: http://www.menshealth.co.uk/base/workout...

And after working out you need to take whey protein shake as the supplement and with a meal right after it. By doing this way you can really gain weight and gain muscles, too.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water to hydrate and yeah you'll get there.

    Hope this helps.
