My goal is to lose my mini belly and love handles by Oct 1. I have been watching my diet . . .getting better at it. And i have been doing 30-40 min on my elliptical a day, the digital reader says I burned about 400 cals and do 10.5-11.5 km each session . . .will i be able to lose it by then? I want my body back and I want to be able to wear cute clothes. Advice please. I am determined to do it. Although if I feel tired and have had a hard day at work, I take the night off of exercise.Current weight 138lbs height 5'4" and age 28.
