Ok so I am currently 191lbs but weighed 255lbs at begining of year. I have been busting my a** to lose weight, and so far so good, but I have a few questions about it. I am 20 years old, and my stomach is still fat as well as my chest. Almost everyone I have met that is "fat" or has a stomach has a hard stomach, like a rock or something, but mine is really soft more like a water bed? How do I get my stomach to shrink so it's more like a rock then a water bed, or how do I just get it to be harder? I mean seriously everyone I know thats fat has a hard stomach but mines like a water bed? WTF? Thanks

  1. try not to over eat. when you think your full stop eating right then and there. and dont eat anymore. also chew youe food up to 30 times so your stomach can digest it easily.

  2. Diet Rules-

  3. Unlike weightlifting, when you're doing cardio you're working on your whole body, not just a specific part of it.

For example, one could think that riding a bicycle would work on loosing the fat in the legs only but that's not true. Riding a bicycle will primarily burn the fat on the legs but it will also burn fat in the rest of the body as well.

If you want a good exercise machine that can help lose the weight on your stomach, I would go with the cross trainer. But keep in mind that it will work on the fat on your whole body, not just the stomach.
