Question about weight loss & tredmil running?

so i want to lose weight fastish.. if i run 2km every day n i weigh 71kg a girl will i lose approx how much weight per week??

If i run 1km by walk/run/walk/run n lay down for a few minutes n do the other km.. is it same as running 2km straight or will i lose weight slower by doing this??

  2. Run several miles almost everyday. Right when you wake up do the jogging and DO NOT EAT BEFORE you jog. If you eat after you jog, you will burn more calories, fat, glucose, carbs, and all the bad stuff and this will get you in shape. for breakfast eat OATMEAL. Try to watch carbs and eat carbs sparingly, this way your body will find out how to use them more efficiently. Good Luck!

  3. I'd recommend just running the 2km straight and then resting. Just run at a pace comfortable for you but hard enough so that your sweating and getting a good workout. I'm not sure how much you'll lose but it's definitely the better workout.
