  1. I think it is free to join, then 13 a week, it worked for me I lost 60 lbs. It took about 1 year for me to lose that, which is how it is recommended to lose weight, about 2 lbs. a week.

  2. On the tv it says its free. just pay for cost for food. Yeah it works, have you seen the tv ads with queen Latefia? (sw?) I thought ok she wont lose it then i saw another one today and was like d**n.... she looked good.. but i dont know about Kristy Allie, what happened there?

  3. it isnt free it works out about £5 a week , you can do that either by paying at the meeting or you can by a monthly pass by dirsct debit and you save money,

  4. I'm a Weight Watchers lifetime member and believe in the methods they use to shed unwanted pounds.  I've lost a total of 50 pounds through their program and have been able to keep it off.  The program has two ways to lose weight, you're able to choose the one that best suits your lifestyle.  I chose the points method, it takes a little getting used to but after a week its easy.  They tell you how many points you're allowed to eat per day, you figure out the amount of points in your food and keep track of it in your diary.  You're also given a specific amount of "free points" to be used over the week if you have cravings for anything that isn't on the plan.  The other way has something to do with choosing a specific amount of food groups per week I think, I'm not really clear on that because I chose the points method.  Right now registration is free and it costs 13.00 per week to attend meetings.  In the meetings they bring in new foods that are low in points, offer recipes, every instructor is different.  I just know that its really motivating and try not to miss meetings if I can help it.  Once you get to your goal weight and keep it off for 6 weeks you are a lifetime member which means that you only have to attend meetings occasionally and don't have to pay a registration fee.  My advice is to attend a meeting, you don't have to register if you don't want to, you just can't weigh in.  After the meeting, the instructor will take all the new members aside to go over the specific plans with them, you can make your decision based on what you learn there.  Good luck!
