So I don't really wear a lot of make-up, and don't really know what kinds of colors I should wear, or how to really apply make-up...if you have any ideas- please let me know!

  1. it looks like you have a very nice complexion, so i dont recommend using a heavy base or concealer...you need to get a mineral or organic based powder in exactly the same shade of your skin and dust it on to prevent your skin from looking oily...especially in the T Zone(forhead and down the bridge of your nose) also, if you are looking for shades that will compliment your eyes...get a irridescent pearly color and dust it right under your eyebrow all the way across to highlight and under neath your bottom lashes and in the corners of your eyes...this will brighten your eyes up. then dust a tan or beige color across your whole lid....except right up next to your brow bone....your eyes look blue or greenish? the colors that will compliment those are brown, purple....warm tones such as those...brown looks GREAT on blue eyes....so dust this right in the crease of your eyelid....try a brown liner and brown or black mascara....for a night out or for more dramatic eyes...do the same thing except use black or charcoal in the crease of your eye....lipstick is tricky...i dont wear it myself....i usually go for a matte stick or something like that....try some light color glosses...for blush...use a coral or bronze shade...if you have any more questions...e-mail me...i have tons of tips....hope this helps

  2. Emphasize ur eyes...they are really pretty and almond shaped...and ur lashes are nice...wear dark brown mascara, dark brown liner is as dark as u go but for day i suggest just plain brown liner or even a dark plum, (because u have ash blonde brow hair and a lighter shade of brown hair so u dont want n e thing too dark) u want lavanders and browns for shaddows, blush id say a rosey  color...u go too red or dark of a tint, it will bring out the redness in ur face a lot more. use light brown brow powder because ur brows are sparse...if u just do ur brows and use a brow highlighter ul look a lot more put together on days u dont wanna wear make up...and u have redness so i think liquid/spray on foundation or concealer on the red areas will work quite well for u...and just top it off with a strawberry or peach lipgloss...ul look natural and enhanced...my face is redened like urs and powders tend to not take away the redness, its only creams, liquids and spray on concealer or foundation...for liquid foundatiosn and nicely pigmented foundatiosn and concealors, i think for the cheap end, loreal has the best and next is maybelline(makes brow powder, powder looks a lot more natural and soft) and covergirl.

here are links to what colors i think are great for u...

oh yeah for foundation...u want to do a streak test on ur jawline and which ever matches ur neck and chest best to look natural is the one u want...also going outside is a test to foundation and looking in a mirror...sometiems foundations change color depending on lighting.
