i don't workout much but when i do workout i gain alot of wieght...is this normal???btw im 13

  2. do you eat after you work out because apparently your not ment to eat for more that 2 hours after working out  

  3. wow thats really unusual. im pretty sure the extra weight is muscles. i mean do you seem fatter when you look in the mirror and change to take a shower and stuff? if i were you, i wouldn't worry about it. i bet its no biggie.  

  4. your probably just building muscle.  btw, muscle weighs more than fat
