Question:

Question about worker's compensation?

A pallet fell on my husband's toe at work and broke it and he's having to miss a few days of work. I know workers comp pays for the medical visits, but does workers comp pay for lost wages from work even if it's just a few days?

  1. normally workman's comp doesn't kick in unless you're out of work for two weeks or longer. I've worked in 4 different states and they've all been the same.

  2. Yes it should, but it may be more trouble than its worth.
